Ronnie Bratschi wants to beat his own touring car record

Ronnie Bratschi from Switzerland rejoins the European circus with his spectacular Mitsubishi EVO Lancer RS after a break of over a year. Despite suffering technical problems in the first two races of the season, in France and in Austria, he is aiming for a top spot in the FIA European Hill Climb Championship. In addition, his calendar includes the FIA Int. Hill Climb Cup final at the Int. 55th ADAC Hill Climb Race Osnabrück on 5-6 August. In 2019 he established the new track record for touring cars, at 0:57.338, and he hopes to challenge his own landmark this year, weather permitting.

Luca Gaetani from Italy exploring Europe in a Porsche

Luca Gaetani from northern Italy has already raced twice at Uphöfener Berg in a Ferrari. This year he has switched to a Porsche 911 GT3 R in collaboration with the Dinamic Motorsport team. This car means a lot to him: "It is a dream car that reminds me of my childhood and connects me to the memory of my father, who passed away in September.” Luca’s father Bruno, a keen motorsport fan and autocross driver, passed on his passion for motorsport to his son. Luca plans to compete in the entire 2023 FIA European Hill Climb Championship. In preparation for the season, he achieved a very promising victory in the Touring Car category at the 2nd Trofeo Coppa del Consumo in Tuscany and should be well equipped for the European Championship races. Luca is also planning to take part in the Int. 55th Hill Climb Race Osnabrück on the 5th and 6th of August. He and his team fondly recall the "intense and exciting" days they had at their previous two races at Uphöfener Berg.

Formula Voltage: the entry-level electric racing car

The Formula Voltage will be ready in time to be showcased at the Int. 55th Hill Climb Race Osnabrück in August. The initiators of this ambitious project are Batterie24 and Tornau Motoren, represented by Jörg Kieback und Georg Barton, respectively. Imagine the style and flair of a 1960s formula racing car combined with a zero-emission, quiet electric engine. At an affordable price of around 30000 euros, the Formula Voltage makes it so much easier to venture into motorsport. Standardised parts are mounted on a very torsion-resistant aluminium chassis. A top speed of 100 km/h allows for individual body design without requiring elaborate aerodynamics. And with its total weight of only 375 kilograms and its torque of 600 Nm the Formula Voltage is great fun to drive.
